- The single family residence features exposed structural steel which provides the main support for the floor framing as well as the lateral stability of the building.
- The use of structural steel framing enables the second floor to float above the first floor with continuous windows along three sides.
- Cantilevered beams and columns are used throughout the design to eliminate corner columns.
